1. Calculator inputs are not stored or sent
Annual leave, resignation, pay, severance and stock option calculations run in your browser. Dates and amounts you enter are not sent to our server or placed in cookies, localStorage, URLs or analytics events. They disappear when you reload the page. korWork has no accounts, sign-in or database for these inputs.
2. Information processed and purposes
- Usage statistics: Google Analytics 4 collects page paths, whether a tool was used (tool type and success), browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers to help improve the service.
- Email inquiries: If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply.
- Access logs: Vercel hosting may automatically create logs containing IP address, access time and requested path for security and troubleshooting.
3. Retention and deletion
- Analytics data is deleted according to the Google Analytics retention setting (two months by default, up to 14 months).
- Email inquiries are deleted within one year after a reply is completed.
- Access logs are deleted under the hosting provider’s retention policy.
When a retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, information is deleted promptly in a way that cannot be restored.
4. Cookies and analytics
korWork uses Google Analytics 4 cookies for usage statistics, such as visits and page flows, without directly identifying individuals. You can reject or delete cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The calculators remain available if you opt out.
5. Advertising
korWork does not currently display ads, but production pages load a Google AdSense script for site verification. This connects your browser to Google servers. If ads are added later, third-party advertisers including Google may use cookies to show ads based on previous visits. This policy will be updated before ads are introduced. You can manage personalized ads in Google Ad Settings.
6. Service providers and international processing
korWork does not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties. We use Google LLC for analytics and AdSense site verification, and Vercel Inc. for website hosting. These providers may process information outside Korea. See the Google privacy policy and Vercel privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a stop to processing of your personal information. Email us about information provided in an inquiry; we will handle the request promptly. It may be difficult to locate a specific person’s analytics data because it is processed without direct personal identification.
8. Security measures
korWork is designed not to collect calculator inputs and uses HTTPS across the site. Advertising signals and Google signals are disabled in analytics; URL query strings, fragments and referrer addresses are not sent.

10. Changes to this policy
Changes and their effective date will be announced on this page at least seven days in advance. Changes important to users’ rights will be announced 30 days in advance.
